Tavistock Relationships
Tavistock Relationships aims to promote the understanding of couple relationships from a psychoanalytic perspective and to develop psychoanalytically informed work with couples. It does this through providing training and professional support for its own members and other practitioners working in related fields, and through holding events that aim to engage the wider community in thinking about couple relationships.
Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists
The Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists was established in 1995 as the professional association for the psychoanalytical psychotherapy training, the child psychotherapy training and family therapy trainings at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (incorporating the Society of Psycho-Analytical Psychotherapists, founded in 1983).
